2020 Intercontinental Landfill Research Symposium

October 11 @ 12:00 am - October 14 @ 12:00 am

The 2020 Intercontinental Landfill Research Symposium will be held at the Hotel Ballast in Wilmington, NC, October 2020.

The ICLRS serves as the premier international meeting for an exchange of ideas among landfill researchers throughout the world. In contrast to other meetings, the focus of this meeting is on leading edge research covering all aspects of landfills. The objectives of the symposium are to (1) assemble the world’s leading researchers and practitioners in the solid waste field, (2) address a broad range of topics related to landfills, and (3) discuss and debate current knowledge and future directions. The emphasis of the ICLRS is on critical discussion and detailed exploration of a topic.

Session proposers should provide a paragraph on the topic background and list session objectives, subjects to be addressed, and potential presenters. Submissions should be submitted at the following link by the deadline to the right: https://erefdn.infoready4.com/#competitionDetail/1806726.  Session organizers should actively solicit presenters and instruct them to submit abstracts by the deadline below.  Session organizers will also be able to include presenters who have independently submitted abstracts.
