Refund Policy

EREF Programs and Events (including Live Webinars and Regional Summits)
The Environmental Research & Education Foundation (EREF) reserves the right to cancel an event or program at any time. If EREF cancels an event or program, you will receive a full refund. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual program descriptions. Refunds are available (less a $50 processing fee) up to eight days before your program.
Nonrefundable credit toward a future EREF program (less a $5 processing fee) is available if you give notice between seven and one day(s) before your program or event. Credit may be applied to any EREF program for one year following date of issue. No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content. All refund requests must be received in writing. 2021 EREF Fall Classic Registration Cancellations/Refunds Policy
This refund policy pertains to EREF Fall Classic registrations only, not hotel reservations. For changes in your hotel reservation, please visit the JW Marriott Desert Ridge’s cancellation policy.

Due to the JW Marriott Desert Ridge’s cancellation policy, registration cancellations 30 days prior to the event will be refundable by 50%. For any cancellations within 7 days of the event date, the registration fees will be non-refundable.

Online Education Opportunities and Data & Policy Program Reports
All sales for online educational opportunities (e.g. courses, workshops, summits. etc.) and Data & Policy Program (D&P) reports are final. No credit or refund is available.
